My oh my – when this beauty arrived in my in-box via piperlime.com, I swooned. The luscious distressed leather! The bold hardware! The very practical shade of brown! A size perfect for stashing all my in-flight needs!
I can just see Gisele departing her jet with Kale’s “Chelsea III” tote slung over one shoulder, Tom Brady’s arm around the other. She’d wear it with skinny jeans and ballet flats, and a crisp white shirt. In fact, I think that owning this bag would make me feel like Gisele if I had it – albeit a much shorter and less bony version of her.
Actually, because I’m petite this fabulous tote would probably be weirdly disproportionate for me. And I already have a great brown bag from Furla, and my functional/cute Bric’s tote. Sigh….listen to me justify not getting out my credit card right now.
But wait…what’s that I see? $685.00? As in US dollars? No additional justification is needed! But if it goes on sale or shows up at T.J. Maxx two years from now, I’m all over it.
Now, let me wipe the drool from my face and continue my online browsing.
