		<description>Hi LAS. I agree ripe tomatoes make the best sauce.  Also, you can add a little sugar or a carrot to absorb some of the acid (take the carrot out before you serve it).  Also, a drop of tabasco or something spicy brings out the flavors more fully.  Great blog!</description>
