		<description>I vote for the second one, sans the chain.  I think you could go even bigger with the shade for a more dramatic effect (and to balance the size of the bed).  

Can I just say that I love that shade of blue?  I&#039;d also love to see a picture of that rug on the side of your bed.  It looks like it goes beautifully...

p.s. If it were me, I&#039;d got white with the shade, but I think cream could work, too.  I also thing the frames might be nice as a darker, substantial wood versus metal.  Not that you asked!  :)  Can&#039;t wait to see how it turns out!

		<description>I would definatelly recommend the first shade, prefferably in white too. The second one is too bulky and will match the nightstand lamps too much to the point that it will blend in. The first one however, matches very nicelly, has the same kinds of angles and style, but it is a bit more softer and spread out; that one for sure.
Also, have you thought about adding molding at the top? It would look sooo good and complete the well, make the walls pop too.</description>
