A few more Halloween decorations

With Halloween right around the corner, in addition to the paper bat garland, I’ve pulled together a few quick crafts to make our living room a bit festive for having friends over to celebrate the holiday.

Spooky lights:

Bloody candles:

Shimmery spiderweb candle holders:
Halloween votive holder craftMichael’s had a good sale on fall ribbons, so I picked up a few Halloween styles. This sheer, shimmery spiderweb wired ribbon is wrapped around short square vases leftover from our wedding, and taped in the back with double-sided scrapbooking tape. Inside are round votive holders that will hold tealights.

I have a few more things to do before Halloween arrives – hopefully it will all get done!

Bloody candles are so cool! I think I’m a little late for Halloween Decorating but I can make some DIY bats for my light fixtures!
