Confession: I have not seen the inside of the gym for more than twenty minutes in the past month even though it’s in the same building where I spend forty hours a week. Halloween candy, Thanksgiving food, and all the treats that lead up to a big Christmas meal leave many of us feeling (and I daresay looking) less than svelte. If, despite the magnificent metabolisms I know you all have, you’ve found holiday poundage slowly creeping up on you and want to look good until your New Year’s resolution gym membership begins, here are some lovely tops for hiding that little Santa belly.
Distraction:
You won’t need to worry about anyone looking at your middle when their eyes are focusing on the details and patterns:
Drapery:
Let the fabric fall gracefully over your midsection with these feminine and flattering tops:
Camouflage:
Sometimes, it’s okay to just hide behind a big sweater.
I’m tempted to eat more Christmas cookies just for another excuse to buy some of these blousy tops!

Fabulous tips! I’d totally rather had it than diet over the holidays. Ah ha ha
Great ideas! I definitely need to work out more, but realistcially that’s not going to happen much before the holidays. My only concern is that people will think I’m prego (when I’m not!). Thanks for the great, figure flattering ideas.
Great looks, Laura-or your could read my fitness blog and wear something really clingy and sexy next year! LOL!
Love the Juicy sweater!
