I know I posted about ikat last Friday (in the form of cool ikat shower curtains) but when this set of dinnerware is just too pretty not to share. It would be pricey to buy a few place settings, but a single mug ($), bowl ($8) or plate ($10 and $12) would be nice, inexpensive treats. Use the cereal bowl to corral jewelry on your nightstand, and the plate as a catch-all on your console. The nesting bowls and cloth napkins would make very nice hostess gifts.
It looks like we’ll finally get some snow this weekend! I’m looking forward to taking the little guy outside to make a snowman and go sledding. Hope you have a lovely weekend!

The bowls would be cute as a decorative accessory on a shelf or filled with candy or nuts for a party. Loving the blue and white.
I think the napkins are brilliant, actually. I could use them to dress up my (classic) white everyday china in a way that might make Emily Post proud.
I want sledding pics on the Monday! Demand!
Ohhh…I am eying that green plate. I like it. Maybe I need it for the gallery wall that is going in the entry!
Ikat is actually a common native design or weave in our country. Somebody gave me an ikat-woven purse years ago. So happy to see ikat becoming very popular.
