Book Club

On a Tuesday night each month, I get together with a great group of women for Book Club. Yes, that’s with a big B and a big C. Our husbands/boyfriends think our gatherings should just be called “Club” since we admittedly spend most of the evening drinking wine, eating pizza, and engaging in what we fondly refer to as “book club therapy”. But the books and the premise of reading them keep us going. No judgement is passed if someone doesn’t finish the book (or never even got it from the library in the first place). We try to read some “serious” books, but never fail to throw in a “pink cover” now and again.
